How do I get started?
If you are a buyer you can just start searching and you do not even have to create an account.
If you are a seller (either the property owner or the listing agent) you must first create an account by clicking here or the "Create New Account" link located in the left menu. After you do that, and you log in, there will be a link in the left hand menu with the label "Add Listing".
How much does it cost?
Nothing. This site is financed via advertisements and from contributions. We ask that if you find our site useful either as a buyer or a seller to please make a small donation.
Will you sell my name or contact information?
Absolutely not! We hate spam and will not support it in any way or become part of the problem.
Where do the listings come from?
The are entered by an agent or the property owner. If there are inaccuracies with a listing please contact the agent or owner prior to contacting us.
