to anyone, no employee of Keptin Consulting Services will ever ask

Benton County, Minnesota in regards to these terms and your use of
the Keptin Consulting Services sites and services. The terms of this
agreement shall remain valid except in the case a waiver signed by an
officer of Keptin Consulting Services specifies otherwise. Any such
waiver or indulgence shall not in any way be construed as an
indulgence on any other occasion.
